Rooted and Rising: An Intergenerational Dialogue and Solutions Salon is a series of bi-monthy events held at the David Brower Center.

Each event begins with a dialogue which takes place between youth leaders and seasoned activists/professionals.

After the dialogue, we facilitate a Solutions Salon, which gives each participant the opportunity to discuss one challenge or issue they are facing that pertains to the topic at hand. Solutions Salons encourage participants to give and receive feedback and resources as they arise.

Each event is live-streamed using Ustream, which enables youth across the nation to benefit from the issues discussed and the resources shared. Check out the videos here, along with the contact information of the participants and other useful resources.
